In effort to make it easy to do business with AMAG, we have updated our RMA (Return Material Authorization) Policy. Whatever the reason is on your return request, whether it was an error on color choice or incorrect item ordered, AMAG is there to make it simple, fast and painless.
AMAG will accept the return and will accommodate a replacement. For more details or questions on our policy, just call AMAG at 800-889-9138 and ask to be transferred to our Returns Department.
In the constant pursuit of quality customer service, AMAG also has to offer various warranty periods on certain AMAG product lines in case of failure on the field. If your item is covered under warranty AMAG will credit the freight charges on shipping you your replacement. Even on overnight shipping!

- Readers (671, 84X Series and 88X Series) – AMAG offers a 5 year warranty
- Readers (670,674,680,682,690,692, 82X Series and 83X series) – AMAG offers a Lifetime warranty
